DocuExcel Privacy Policy

Welcome to GetDocuExcel (getdocuexcel.com). Your financial data privacy is our highest priority. Unlike generic converters, we operate a strict zero-data-retention architecture.

1. Temporary Data Processing

Files you upload are securely held inside an encrypted AWS S3 temporary bucket solely for the duration of the processing cycle. We use advanced AWS Textract APIs to read your tables and translate them into a structured spreadsheet workbook.

2. Immediate Data Wiping Protocol

The moment your final Excel spreadsheet is emailed to you, our automation triggers a total system purge. Your raw source file and the output spreadsheet are permanently wiped from our server memory and temporary storage.

3. The Metadata We Store (Audit Logs Only)

We only retain operational transaction log metadata to run our business and process payments securely via Stripe. This data does not contain your document's contents. We only save:

• Organization name, User name, and User email address
• Sanitized file name (e.g., statement_august.pdf)
• Timestamp of processing validation
• Stripe Payment Intent ID
• Coarse request geolocation (Country level)
